This piece by UK illustrator Catell Ronca explores the ambiguity of adolescence. There is a growing fear about the bigger and wider world and its dangers and also its obligations, while there is also an aspect of ambitions and goals to achieve and beautiful dreams that may come true. Catell wants to show with this piece through the metaphor of a garden/jungle, how volatile this period was for herself, that was dominated by strong and yet contrasting emotions.
